Community Outreach Coordinator/Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Aurora, CO

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and relationship-driven Community Outreach Coordinator/RBT to join our growing in-home ABA team in Colorado. As a startup organization, this role will initially focus on community outreach, relationship building, and business development efforts. As the organization grows and clients begin services, this position will gradually transition into a blended role that includes both direct ABA services and outreach responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain relationships with pediatricians, physicians, schools, daycares, therapists, and community organizations
• Conduct outreach visits to referral sources and community partners
• Represent the organization at community events, networking opportunities, resource fairs, and outreach activities
• Help increase awareness of in-home ABA services within the local community
• Support referral tracking and lead follow-up efforts
• Assist with community engagement initiatives and grassroots marketing efforts
• Support family inquiries and assist in creating a welcoming experience for prospective families
• Maintain outreach materials and assist with distribution of marketing resources

Clinical/RBT Responsibilities (As Caseload Develops):
• Provide direct ABA therapy services to clients in-home under BCBA supervision
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies
• Collect and accurately document session data
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs and caregivers to support client progress
• Maintain professionalism, ethical standards, and high-quality care delivery

Administrative & Startup Support:
• Assist leadership with startup initiatives and operational support as needed
• Support implementation of new processes and systems
• Help identify opportunities for growth and community partnerships
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training

Requirements:
• Current RBT certification
• Experience working with children, preferably in ABA or related fields
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and stay organized without consistent on-site supervision
• Comfortable networking and building relationships in the community
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
