Role Overview:

As a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will help children build essential communication, social, and daily living skills through structured teaching and positive reinforcement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans as directed by your BCBA
• Provide direct therapy in home-based settings
• Collect and record accurate behavioral data during sessions
• Communicate client progress with your supervising BCBA
• Complete timely and detailed session documentation
• Maintain professionalism and follow ethical ABA standards
• Build positive relationships with clients and families

Qualifications:
• Active RBT certification OR willingness to obtain certification (training provided)
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Schedule:
• Flexible part-time and full-time positions available
• Afternoon and after-school hours (Monday–Friday)
• Optional weekend availability depending on client needs
• 15–25+ hours per week based on availability

Compensation:
• $20–$26 per hour
• Paid training and ongoing professional development opportunities
