Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), based in Clarksville, TN, with some work-from-home flexibility. The BCBA will provide clinical supervision for Applied Behavior Analysis programs, assess client needs, and create individualized treatment plans to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Responsibilities include training and mentoring behavior technicians, conducting assessments, collecting and analyzing data, and consulting with caregivers to ensure meaningful outcomes. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to maintain high standards of care is also essential.
Qualifications
• Current BCBA certification and deep knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles
• Experience in supervising behavior technicians and overseeing treatment plans
• Strong skills in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and creating individualized intervention plans
• Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and progress monitoring
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to ethical care and maintaining professional standards
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience in working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred
