Essential Functions
• Assign clinical talent to vacant positions based on qualifications, location, and availability.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new employees to identify opportunities, answer questions, ensure a smooth new hire transition and help our distributed workforce remain connected.
• Coordinate and communicate start dates, schedules, terminations, and availability changes with staff, clinical and administrative team.
• Prioritize hiring and placements in collaboration with the Client Services Team and Training Team.
• Assist with recruiting efforts as needed.
• Maintain all databases and ensure information is up to date.
• Resolve and offer solutions to any client or staff availability changes.
• Assist in resolving staff issues and answering staff questions.
• Provide weekly reports on staffing.
• Escalate any issues to the attention of the Talent Placement Manager.
• Respond to all inquiries in a timely manner.

Required Skills/Abilities
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Maintain confidentiality; adhere to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations.
• Knowledge of the behavioral health industry and terms is a plus.

Experience and Education
• Experience as a Scheduling Coordinator, Staffing Coordinator, or similar position.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
• 1-3 years of experience in a staffing role managing schedules and new hire placements.
• Bilingual in Spanish required

Work Environment, Physical Conditions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week.
• Ability to work cooperatively with others.
• Must comply with practice policies and procedures.
• Requires daily in-office work. Does not meet the requirements of regular telecommuting.
• Physical activities include sitting for long periods of time, walking, bending, kneeling.
• Must be able to reach, pull, and push.
• Requires manual dexterity, auditory and visual skills.
• Ability to lift to 15 lbs.

Salary: $55,000 to $60,000

Benefits

Responsibilities

  • The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for planning, assigning to cases, and retaining qualified clinical talent to ensure that company's staffing requirements and needs are fulfilled
