Job Description
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Full Time
Location: Salinas, CA Schedule: Follows K–6 school calendar (school breaks & summers off)
About the Role
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to support three elementary school sites (K–6) in Salinas, CA. This position is part of a collaborative multi-disciplinary team focused on improving student outcomes through high-quality behavioral support and staff training.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for students across assigned campuses
• Develop, update, and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Collaborate with special education teams to ensure consistent and accurate implementation of behavioral strategies
• Provide professional development on ABA fundamentals, data collection, and best practices
• Support staff with data-driven decision-making and monitor fidelity of interventions
