Job Description
About Us:
Brighter Strides ABA is a therapy group that provides individualized in-home ABA therapy for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our highly experienced BCBAs and therapists work closely with each child and family in order to design a comprehensive treatment program.
At Brighter Strides, we believe that a strong work-life balance will benefit the therapist-client relationship and ensure high-quality care.
We are currently seeking a Clinic Director BCBA to join our team, who are dedicated to improving the quality of life for children diagnosed with ASD.
Responsibilities:
Clinical Leadership:
• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and individualized behavioral assessments.
• Provide direct services to clients and families, as needed.
• Supervise in-progress ABA services and ensure treatment fidelity.
• Oversee daily data recording and use data to assess client progress.
• Issue annual reports regarding program effectiveness.
Team Management & Supervision:
• Provide supervision, coaching, and ongoing training to BCBAs, BCaBAs, ABA Supervisors, and RBTs.
• Develop and implement training and onboarding programs for new hires.
• Complete annual performance evaluations for all clinical staff.
• Prepare, supervise, and evaluate assigned staff in achieving IEP/IFSP objectives.
• Maintain consistent communication with all treatment team members regarding client progress and care.
Operations Management:
• Assist in managing staff and client scheduling to ensure coverage and treatment hour integrity.
• Administer clinic operations in collaboration with administrative departments (Admissions, Billing, HR, Payroll, Finance).
• Communicate with payer sources to maintain effective relationships and ensure timely service delivery.
Program Development:
• Implement and prepare program curricula and ensure alignment with best practices.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on overall program effectiveness and compliance.
• Drive execution of service quality, clinical innovation, and organizational growth initiatives.

Requirements
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification – required
• Oklahoma Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification – required
• Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ABA therapy
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based services
