You’ll work one -on -one with children with autism in their
homes<\/b>, turning everyday moments into opportunities for learning
and progress. No sitting behind a screen all day — this is a hands -on
role where every session is different.

experienced BCBAs<\/b> will train and mentor you so you feel
confident and supported.

Your Superpowers
<\/h2>
Work (and yes, sometimes play) one -on -one with children with
autism or developmental delays<\/b>, helping them build
communication, social, and life skills.
<\/p>
Track progress like a pro — collect data, celebrate wins, and
document meaningful progress during each session.
<\/p>
Work alongside families so the skills children learn in therapy carry
into everyday life.

<\/div>What We’re Looking For
<\/h2>
People who are reliable, patient, energetic, and enjoy working with children.
<\/p>
Experience working with kids is a plus, including babysitting,
childcare, teaching assistant roles, camp counseling, coaching, or caregiving.
<\/p>
Ability to travel to client homes (valid driver's license and
reliable transportation).

Or anyone who enjoys working with kids and wants a job that
makes a real difference.<\/b>
