The ideal candidate will be able to work with both adult and adolescent clients. We have full time and PRN options available.

Primary Responsibilities Include:
• Run Individual and group therapy under the supervision of the Site Director/Clinical Director
• Provide case management for assigned cases to include treatment planning, utilization review and family therapy when appropriate.
• Participate in weekly supervision and staffing with the clinical team.
• Represent SCH in the community, corporate and referral environments.
• Develop, plan and implement strategies to manage program growth and sustainability of the program.
• Regularly review and recommend changes in program services to meet client needs with particular emphasis on services for underserved populations, oversight of program evaluation and quality assurance functions for department including assessment of applicable legal and professional requirements and monitoring treatment plans for clients.
• Initiate, implement and monitor compliance with evidence- based practices.
• Work with other members of the management team to assure successful communication and coordination between all SCH's programs, and participate in strategic planning.
• Must be reliable and consistent with attendance and punctuality to work.
• Understand and follow all policies and procedures of SCH, per SCH's employee-employer manual.
• All other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, or other related field required
• Licensed clinician preferred - LPC, LCPC, LSW, LCSW, CADC, etc
• Proven experience understanding and demonstrated ability to generate revenues for clinical services.
• Experience with commercial insurance billing.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records Management.
• Confidence with identifying and implementing evidence-based practices.
• Experience working in crisis setting with individuals and families.
• Program development, evaluation, solid organizational skills, and public speaking
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills, especially using Outlook, Word, Excel and customized database.
• Ability to work in and adapt the culture of a multi-cultural, community-based organization.
• Commitment to maintain confidentiality.
• Understanding of SCH's mission and culture and the ability to maintain appropriate boundaries with staff and clients in all circumstances.
• Employment contingent on background check, CANTS and all other applicable requirements as required by law to include DASA and Joint Commission
