Job description:
• Provide Direct ABA services to children and teens with Autism and related developmental disorders in the home, school, community, and social skills settings
• Implement ABA strategies to decrease maladaptive behaviors and teach appropriate replacement skills
• Implement ABA strategies to improve communication, adaptive behavior, safety, and social skills.
• Collect reliable data based on the individualized program developed by the supervisor
• Attend and participate in monthly trainings

What we are looking for:
• Bachelor's degree completed or in process, with one-year experience working with kids
• PT Position available afternoons (2pm-6pm) Monday – Friday
• FT Position 9:30am-6pm Monday - Friday
• Must have own reliable transportation with a valid ID and proof of insurance
• Proof of immunizations and TB required
• CPR certification required
• Must pass a background check
• Organized, familiar with excel
• Good time management skills
• Creative, enjoy working with children

Physical requirements:
• Walking, occasional running stand, twist, sitting, kneeling, stooping, sit/play on floor for extended periods of time.
• Be able to lift 25 lbs.
• Attend to the safety of the child and surroundings is required.
