AMN Healthcare is partnering with a school district in the Dallas area to help find a dedicated BCBA to support behavioral programming across K–12 campuses. In this key role, you will provide expert consultation, conduct behavioral assessments, and develop individualized behavior plans. You will collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff to promote positive student outcomes. Your efforts will be pivotal in improving behavioral supports, reducing disproportionality, and enhancing staff capacity throughout the district.Outside of work, explore the rich cultural and leisure activities available in nearby Dallas. Required Qualifications
Behavior Analyst, School

Current Certification as BCBA issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
Active BCBA Certification in Texas
At least 1,500 hours of supervised field work
Completion of a criminal record and background check

Preferred Qualifications
Clear, articulate communication skills
Ability to explain results to a varied audience
Candidates with previous school experience a plus!
