Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site, in-clinic role for an ABA Program Director with BCBA certification, located in Cordova, TN. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing ABA programs, supervising a team of behavior technicians, and developing and implementing treatment plans for clients. Key responsibilities include conducting functional assessments, monitoring client progress, providing training and mentorship to staff, coordinating with families and other professionals, and ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
• Possession of a current BCBA certification and in good standing with the BACB
• Ability to handle a caseload of 6-8 clients, in an in-clinic setting
• Experience in supervising and training behavior technicians and managing ABA programs
• Strong knowledge of behavior assessment methods and treatment plan development
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with families, staff, and other professionals
• Ability to work on-site in Cordova, TN
• Experience with data collection, interpretation, and progress monitoring
• Proficient in maintaining compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements
• Experience in pediatric ABA therapy is a plus
