Job Description
About Us:
A to Z Autism Services is dedicated to providing personalized support to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Our mission is to combine the best of our profession and heart to help each child reach their unique potential through joyful, collaborative, and safe ABA services.
Duties:
• Provide behavior intervention services in-home.
• Implement behavior treatment and skill acquisition plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Attend team meetings and collaborate with team members.
• Complete accurate and timely therapeutic treatment notes.
• Adhere to BACB guidelines.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma required.
• Basic knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• 1-2 years of experience working with children with special needs preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable car, proof of auto insurance, and a valid driver's license.
• Proof of immunization records and TB test required.
• Strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
