In this role, you will provide direct therapeutic services to clients through individual and/or group-based interventions, support treatment goals, and maintain accurate clinical documentation. This position is ideal for individuals who value ethical practice, flexibility, and growth opportunities within a smaller, relationship-driven organization. Responsibilities Provide individual and/or group behavioral therapy sessions Implement treatment plans developed by licensed clinicians or supervisors Support behavioral goals using evidence-based intervention strategies Collect, document, and maintain accurate client records and session notes Communicate professionally with clients, families, and team members Participate in team meetings, trainings, and supervision as required Conduct regular wellness and safety checks during sessions Adhere to all organizational policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, behavioral health, or a related field Previous experience in behavioral health, mental health, or therapeutic services preferred BLS and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with attention to detail Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries Preferred (Not Required) Experience working with children, adolescents, or vulnerable populations Familiarity with evidence-based behavioral or therapeutic approaches How to Apply Interested candidates may apply through the job posting or contact us directly.
