• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
• M.A. degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education and enrolled or willing to enroll in BCBA coursework will be considered for supervisor role. BCBA preferred
• Graduate degree in Psychology, Education or related field
• 1 + years supervisory experience. At least 2 years working with children with Autism using ABA methods
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

Supervision of direct staff
Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention programs based on the child’s needs to include behavior acquisition and reduction programs using principles of ABA
The ideal candidate has experience with Systematic Teaching (DTT), Verbal Behavior, and Naturalistic Environment Teaching (NET)
Experience with VB-MAPP and Vineland standardized assessments a plus
Write quarterly progress reports
Interact with funding source contacts
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA’s)
Provide parent training
Ongoing and new hire training.
