Job Description

Clinical Director (BCBA) | Center-Based ABA
Aviation ABA Therapy | South Salt Lake, Utah | Full-Time, On-Site Leadership Role

WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT
This is not a step sideways. This is the Clinical Director role for a BCBA who has built clinical programs, led teams, and is ready to own the clinical engine of a growing, mission-driven ABA company.

Aviation ABA Therapy opened our South Salt Lake clinic after building a strong in-home program. We are creating something rare in this space: a company that treats clinical excellence, operational discipline, and family experience as one integrated system. We move fast, we run lean, and the people we bring into leadership are expected to think outside the box.

As Clinical Director, you will shape how care is delivered, how staff are trained, and how the clinic scales. You will work directly with the CEO and the clinical leadership team to drive growth, raise the bar on quality, and develop the next generation of clinicians. If you are looking for the next big step in your career, this is it.

ABOUT AVIATION ABA THERAPY
Aviation ABA Therapy is a Utah-based provider offering in-home and clinic-based services across the Wasatch Front. Our South Salt Lake clinic anchors a growing in-clinic program built on something we take seriously: a collaborative, supportive environment where clinicians have the resources, mentorship, and autonomy to do their best work. We believe great clinical care comes from great teams, so we invest heavily in our people, our culture, and the day‑to‑day experience of practicing here.

Growth and Strategy

Help drive the growth of the clinic through clinical capacity planning, referral engagement, and program expansion

Contribute to new service line development, including specialty programs and Day Treatment

Partner with marketing and intake on conversion, family experience, and clinic reputation

Training and Development
