Responsibilities

• •The RBT will work directly with children and adolescents diagnosed with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• •The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about delivering high-quality ABA therapy, building new skills, promoting positive behavior change, and helping clients achieve their goals in everyday settings
• •Implement client-specific behavioral intervention plans as designed by a BCBA
• •Use positive reinforcement strategies to encourage and reinforce desired behaviors
• •Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions and maintain accurate documentation
• •Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to ensure consistency and continuity of care
• •Provide services in home, school, and community settings as needed
