Your Role as a BCBA:

As a valued member of our team, you'll:
• Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based intervention plans.
• Adhere to the highest professional and ethical standards.
• Lead and mentor Behavior Technicians to ensure exceptional client care.
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and create tailored treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families, service providers, and team members for cohesive client support.
• Supervise and train RBTs, reviewing session notes for accuracy and quality.
• Actively engage families in ABA therapy to drive better outcomes.

Qualifications:

To join our team, you'll need:
A Master's degree (or higher) in a relevant field.
Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
Minimum of 1 year as a BCBA.
Current CPR and First Aid certification.
Clear background check.
Reliable transportation and physical ability to support clients' needs.
