Job Description

 Analyst to join our team. Momentum Behavior Services was founded with a mission to provide high quality, individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to reach all stakeholders, while utilizing ethical practices to promote employee and learner balance. With a network of clinics across Minnesota and California, we offer evidence-based ABA services to children, adolescents, and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Home Clinic- see your learners in-person at the clinic.

Low Caseloads- manageable and realistic, allowing time for supervision, collaboration, and high-quality care

Realistic Billable Minimums- with competitive bonus opportunities for additional billable hours

Flexible Scheduling- flexibility to work on-site or adjust hours. A Clinical Operations Team- strong operational support that handles scheduling, caregiver communication and coordination, and compliance support to free you to focus on what you do best (your learners!)

Complete clinical assessments, functional assessments, and functional analyses

Oversee/Manage the hiring, training, and supervision of staff

Set and achieve performance goals with learners, learner’s caregivers, and treatment teams

Manage and implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programming

Conduct caregiver training

Aid in developing company policy and environment

Oversee and maintain accurate and organized learner notes, data, and reports for internal and external stakeholders

Help develop and implement staff trainings

Use Central Reach for data collection and reporting

Extensive knowledge in implementation of the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis

Follow policies and procedures of MBS

The base salary range for this role is $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 with monthly and ongoing competitive bonus opportunities available, compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
