Key Responsibilities:
• Provide private, HIPAA-compliant teletherapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
• Conduct thorough assessments to uncover client histories and needs
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans
• Apply diverse therapeutic methods, including CBT, DBT, and trauma-focused care
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to support holistic care
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation

Requirements
• Active Wisconsin license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW)
• Master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field
• Minimum one year of independent clinical experience (telehealth experience a plus)
• Ability to build trust and maintain connection virtually
• Organized and comfortable managing your own caseload

  • Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
  • In this role, you'll support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life stressors, guiding them toward practical tools and meaningful change
