Job Description
Make a meaningful impact supporting students from preschool through high school as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a diverse educational environment. This contract opportunity invites passionate professionals to work one-on-one with students across elementary, middle, and high school settingsincluding Pre-K, Kindergarten, and grades K-12. Whether youre interested in full-time or part-time hours, your expertise will support students behavioral growth and academic success.
Key Qualifications:
• Active RBT certification required
• Experience working with children or adolescents in school, behavioral, or clinical settings
• Ability to provide individualized support to students with diverse needs in grades Pre-K through 12
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
• Commitment to maintaining a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
• Adaptability and patience to respond to students changing needs throughout the day
Responsibilities Include:
• Delivering individualized behavioral interventions in one-on-one or small group settings
• Collecting and recording accurate data on student behavior and progress
• Collaborating with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), teachers, and school teams to implement behavior plans
• Monitoring student progress and making recommendations for adapting strategies as needed
• Supporting students in classroom routines and transitions
• Modeling behavior techniques for staff and caregivers when appropriate
