Directs, strategizes and optimizes interdependencies between projects and coordinates communications across projects. Selects, allocates and manages Clinical team resources across projects. Develops policies (including SOPs, trainings, OFDs, methodologies, checklists, tools and templates) for managing all Clinical services within the organization.

- •Lead and own Clinical Operations Branch; develops Clinical Operations strategies across countries and clinical divisions
- •Contribute as Member of Senior Management Team (SMT) on the overall strategy for the Clinical Services Branch as it relates to growth, performance and optimization; provides clinical operational guidance, and reports on activities related to: issue escalation, resource forecasting and allocation, and key performance indicators
