About the position
We are seeking a Registered Behavioral Therapist (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home setting for a 9-year-old male client in Brooklyn, NY. This role involves implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision, supporting skill development, collecting data, and collaborating with the clinical team. The position offers flexible after-school scheduling, strong BCBA supervision, and opportunities for career growth.
Responsibilities
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home setting
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collect accurate data and complete session notes using Rethink
• Collaborate with BCBAs and the clinical team
• Create a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment
Requirements
• Active RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain — we will support you in getting certified!)
• Experience working with children preferred
• Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
• Ability to work independently and maintain consistent attendance
• Comfortable with documentation and session notes
• Bilingual English/Spanish is required
