Job Description
Sussex County. The goal is to prevent out-of-home placements using the Eco-Systemic Structural Family Therapy model. Services are provided in homes, schools, community settings, or via telehealth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide therapeutic and crisis intervention services to youth and families.
• Deliver services in various settings including home, school, and community.
• Collaborate with co-therapist to implement treatment plans.
• Maintain professional documentation and adhere to agency policies.
• Attend required trainings and meetings.
• Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Demonstrate physical competency for Mandt and CPR facilitation.
REQUIREMENTS
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related human services field.
• Eligible for clinical licensure in Delaware (LCSW, LPCMH, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist).
• Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record.
• Pass criminal background check.
• Two years of experience with children and families preferred.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
• Knowledge of OSHA, HIPAA, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to meet physical demands (e.g., lifting, driving, climbing stairs).
• Professional demeanor and sound judgment.
• Willingness to perform additional duties as needed for effective program management.
