Job Description

• Implement behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA
• Collect accurate session data and behavior notes
• Assist with skill acquisition programs (communication, social skills, daily living skills)
• Support behavior reduction goals using positive reinforcement
• Collaborate with families and caregivers during sessions
• Maintain professional, ethical, and compassionate care standards
• Attend supervision, training, and team meetings as required

Required Qualifications
• Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain quickly)
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred)
• Experience working with children (ABA, autism, special education, childcare, or similar)
• Ability to pass background check
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and sit on the floor for extended periods

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.00 - $35.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and implement individualized treatment plans designed to build meaningful skills and improve daily functioning
  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism
  • Implement behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA
  • Collect accurate session data and behavior notes
