Job Description
Step into a dynamic school-based environment as a Registered Behavior Technician for the 2026–2027 academic year, working a full-time schedule aligned with the school bell hours (35–40 hours per week). This contract position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on high school students with diverse support requirements. Multiple caseloads are available, including 1:1 or 2:1 arrangements, with specific details discussed during the interview process. Hourly compensation ranges from $31–$35, dependent on your experience.
Key Qualifications:
• Active or inactive Registered Behavior Technician certification (with facilitated BCBA supervision)
• Minimum of one year’s experience in school-based ABA settings
• Training in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques
• Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative mindset
• Reliable means of transportation
Primary Responsibilities:
• Deliver 1:1 or 2:1 ABA support to high school students as assigned
• Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision
• Accurately collect and report data on student progress
• Collaborate thoughtfully with school staff, supervisors, and families
• Contribute to a safe, positive environment through crisis management and de-escalation when needed
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
