We are looking for energetic, creative, and patient individuals who love working with children. This role will require you to be detail-oriented, goal-oriented, organized, and a positive member of a hard-working team. We provide services for children with autism from the age of diagnosis through age 5. This position will involve implementing a child’s treatment plan goals, including increasing communication, social, and play skills in individual and group settings.

Details about the position:
• Full-time position
• Sessions take place between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• Center-based services (no travel required)
• BCBA/LBA supervision available at no cost
• Opportunity for performance-based compensation

• Work side-by-side with six BCBA/LBAs every day
• Recently renovated clinic with state-of-the-art materials and toys for everyday use
• Easy-to-use electronic data collection, scheduling, and session note application
• 6 weeks of PTO
• 40-hour RBT training and ongoing Supervision will be provided.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in special education, psychology, communication sciences & disorders, or a related field required
• Working with clients may require you to lift or move approximately 50 lbs and be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time.

Pay:

$23 per hour.

Education:
• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:
• Early childhood education: 1 year (preferred)
• Working with people with autism: 1 year (preferred)

Our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) often come from backgrounds that involve working directly with children or individuals with special needs. Common prior roles include babysitters, nannies, daycare providers, respite care providers, community habilitation workers, teachers' assistants/aides, camp counselors, or those with previous experience in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA).

  • Under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst/Licensed Behavior Analyst, you will be responsible for providing applied behavior analysis services to children with autism
