Job Summary

As an RBT, you will work directly with children with autism in the home, school, or clinic setting. This role is a hands‑on behavior technician position where you will implement ABA therapy programs and help support meaningful progress.
Responsibilities
• Provide ABA therapy services as an ABA therapist under BCBA supervision
• Implement treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA
• Collect session data and follow behavior intervention protocols
• Support skill‑building and reduce behaviors that interfere with daily life
• Communicate session progress with the supervising clinical team
