Job Overview
Dynamic ABA LLC is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician's (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients with behavioral challenges. This role is crucial in providing support and education to clients and their families, utilizing principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to foster positive behavioral changes.
Responsibilities
• Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress towards goals.
• Assist in the development of care plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Educate clients and their families about behavioral strategies and techniques.
• Maintain accurate medical records while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with other professionals, including educators and healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive care.
• Utilize medical terminology effectively in documentation and communication.
• Provide support in special education settings as needed, promoting inclusive practices.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development related to behavioral therapy.
Qualifications
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to obtain certification.
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and techniques.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and experience with medical records preferred.
• Strong understanding of behavioral health concepts and practices.
• Ability to collect data accurately and analyze behavioral patterns.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on educating others.
• Experience in special education or related fields is a plus.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in practice.
