Your Role as a BCBA

At Affinity Autism Services, you’ll make a real impact by:
• Conducting assessments (like VB-MAPP) and designing individualized treatment plans
• Completing Functional Assessments and creating effective Behavior Support Plans
• Supervising and training Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Providing family training and support
• Collaborating with schools and professionals to ensure seamless care
• Maintaining BACB ethical standards and using evidence-based interventions
