Job Description

Join Our Team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)!

We are looking for passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide exceptional behavioral support to children and adults experiencing a range of behavioral challenges. As a BCBA at Patterns Behavioral Services, you will work within a collaborative team to assess client needs, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

We serve our clients in various settings, including center-based, in-home, and school environments, allowing for flexible and supportive care tailored to each individual’s needs.

Conducting functional behavior assessments to identify target behaviors.

Providing direct behavior analysis therapy to clients in various settings.

Collecting and analyzing data to monitor treatment effectiveness.

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.

Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessment tools, and intervention strategies.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on ABA best practices.
