d make a difference? Revive Wellness Counseling Center is on the lookout for motivated individuals to join our team as Therapists in Training.
What You Will Do:
• Conduct individual, couples, and group therapy sessions while documenting patient impressions in a timely manner.
• Manage your own calendar by scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling client appointments as necessary.
• Collect patient insurance and personal information prior to treatment, and obtain signed informed consents.
• Process co-pays, deductibles, and cancellation fees at the time of the session using approved payment methods.
• Maintain accurate records in our electronic billing system and any other systems used by the company.
• Communicate effectively with patients in accordance with company policies.
• Participate in staff meetings and mandatory office gatherings.
• Engage in CAMFT, continuing education, and other development programs as required.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Perform related tasks as directed by the company.
What We Are Looking For:
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid (AMFT) License in California.
• Understanding of appropriate levels of care.
• Commitment to providing excellent patient care and follow-up.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Exceptional customer relationship and organizational skills.
• Capacity to prioritize tasks and exercise sound judgment.
• A collaborative team player who takes direction well.
• Competency in writing routine reports and correspondence.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Attention to detail and efficiency in tasks.
