Job Description
Vision is working with a district in Santa Fe, NM to fill a virtual, full-time BCBA position . This role allows you to supervise RBTs and contribute to student success all from your home office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Full-time schedule, MF
• Conduct FBAs, write BIPs, supervise RBTs
• Engage in IEP meetings virtually
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and teams
Ideal Candidate:
• M.A. in Behavior Analysis or related field
• BCBA license in New Mexico
• Schools or pediatric experience
• Proficient in remote work tools

Qualifications
- •Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required
- •M.A. in Behavior Analysis or related field
- •BCBA license in New Mexico
- •Schools or pediatric experience
- •Proficient in remote work tools
