Location: Forney, TX 75126
Therapy Approved: 40 hours per week
Schedule:
• Monday through Friday ( 9 am - 8 pm )

Position Responsibilities
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
• Collect accurate data and maintain session documentation
• Prepare therapy materials and activities
• Model strategies and collaborate with families
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred in Psychology, Education, ABA, or related field)
• Experience working with children preferred (ABA experience a plus)
• RBT certification
• Reliable transportation; valid driver’s license preferred
• Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Passion for supporting children with developmental differences
Compensation & Benefits
• $20.00 – $29.00 per hour (based on experience and credentials)
