Responsibilities:
• Deliver direct one-on-one behavioral therapy services to students under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and record data to monitor student progress and inform treatment adjustments.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized behavior support plans.
• Support classroom staff by integrating behavioral strategies into daily routines.
• Maintain professional documentation and adhere to ethical standards.
