Job Description

pe: Contract assignment

Start Date: As soon as possible

End Date: End of the school year

Hours: 30 hours per week, 5 days a week

Caseload: One student requiring individualized behavioral support

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collect and track data on student progress and behavior
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to support student growth
• Provide consistent 1:1 support tailored to student needs across age groups K-12

Qualifications:
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Experience working with pediatric populations in school settings preferred
• Ability to work effectively with students from early childhood through high school
• Strong communication and data collection skills

Responsibilities

  • This position seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide dedicated 1:1 behavioral support for students in kindergarten through 12th grade
  • Serving a pediatric caseload with behavioral needs, the role involves working closely with children at various developmental stages including early childhood, elementary, middle (grades 6-8), and high school (grades 9-12)
