Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to join our team. You will work directly with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in their homes, providing behavioral interventions and implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. You will communicate progress to families and caregivers and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and execute individualized treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide behavioral interventions to children with ASD at home.
• Implement ABA therapy techniques.
• Monitor and document progress, communicating updates to families and caregivers.
• Collaborate with professionals to create and implement treatment plans.
• Maintain a supportive environment for the child and family.
Qualifications
• Experience in Behavior Analysis, Applied Behavior Analysis, and Psychology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in providing behavioral interventions and implementing ABA therapy.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Experience with children with ASD is preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with crisis intervention, behavioral disorders, case management, and social services.
• Proficiency in data collection and behavior modification strategies.
• Understanding of developmental disabilities and child development principles.
Job Types: Full-Time, Part-Time
Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 hours per week
