Job Description

Develop comprehensive treatment plans and plan evidence-based interventions
Train, supervise, and support a small team of RBTs dedicated to your clients
Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and the quality assurance team to achieve optimal client outcomes
Coordinate with and train caregivers to empower them as partners in their child’s progress

7 RBTs assigned to those 6 clients
6 direct therapists (roughly one per client)
1 therapy room supervisor acting as a lead RBT/assistant to the BCBA

Compensation & Perks (real ones):
Base salary:

$90,000 – $95,000 base
Bonus structure:

Performance bonuses (up to $40K) + unlimited referral bonuses
PTO:

Responsibilities

  • Enjoy full admin support with dedicated schedulers, billing specialists, and intake staff, allowing you to focus on clinical care—not insurance calls or unnecessary paperwork
  • Conduct skills and behavior assessments to deeply understand your clients
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans and plan evidence-based interventions
  • Train, supervise, and support a small team of RBTs dedicated to your clients
