liImplement individualized behavior plans and protocols designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) under their guidance/li
liCollect and record data on client behavior and progress/li
liProvide one-on-one support to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)/li
liMaintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff/li
liHelp the child develop essential life skills such as motor skills, personal hygiene, daily living, potty training, and social/ emotional skills/li
liGet up/ down off floor often, move quickly/li
liLearn new things every day, work independently and provide the best quality care to the kids we serve/li

liCurrent certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the BACB/li
liNo additional experience needed beyond the experienced you gained in the RBT certification process/li
liReliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locations/li
liLots of energy, playful, creative/li
liTech savviness- learn our data collection software and use basic office software/li
liInterested in working the hours: 8am-5pm and 9am-6pm/li
