As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll play a pivotal clinical leadership role by shaping individualized treatment plans, coaching Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and driving meaningful change for every child you serve. Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans rooted in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

Provide ongoing clinical supervision, coaching, and mentorship to RBTs and Lead Therapists to ensure high-quality care and support professional growth

Analyze data trends, monitor treatment fidelity, and adjust programming based on client progress and clinical needs

Collaborate closely with families by providing parent coaching, progress updates, and ongoing support to promote consistency across settings

Lead interdisciplinary discussions, clinical team meetings, and collaborative problem-solving to support each child’s development

A dedicated and compassionate BCBA who brings a balance of clinical expertise, leadership, and empathy to their work.

Strong communicators who can meaningfully connect with children, families, and team members while supporting a positive and collaborative environment.

Must hold a master’s degree in ABA and have an active BCBA certification in good standing.

Must hold an active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential in the State of Illinois.
