Responsibilities
• Provide one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions
• Support independence, skill development, and positive behavior
• Implement individualized skill-building and treatment plans
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment
• Build strong relationships with families
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment outcomes

Qualifications
• Experience as an ABA Therapist or experience working with children or individuals on the autism spectrum preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to communicate comfortably in Spanish
• Must have at least basic proficiency in English (verbal and written)
• Willingness to learn and a strong passion for helping children with Autism
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations
• Reliable transportation

Need to Know
• Services are provided in clients’ homes and community-based locations
• All positions begin as part-time
• Completion of the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course is required
• Minimum six-month commitment required
• Paid training is provided; no prior ABA experience is required
