Role starts out part-time (starting at 6+ hours/wk and may increase to full-time 35 hr/wk schedule) currently 5 students, but that will increase. Must be comfortable floating between sites and districts preschool-12th grade. BCBA license Schools Experience preferred, RBT supervisory experience, FBA experience preferred, comfortable with IEP meetings and writing BIPs, comfortable with SEIS.

Minimum Requirements:
• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology or related field
• Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs and services in schools
• One (1) year minimum pediatric experience preferred
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
Hiring now for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year - with contract extension into '26-'27 school year
Initially a part-time position - with likelihood to evolve into a full-time role (travel option)
Competitive compensation - $70 - $80+ (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

  • The Board Certified Behavior Analyst – ES provides consultation, training, conducts behavioral evaluations and develops/implements behavior intervention plans for individuals with academic and behavioral deficits
  • The Board Certified Behavior Analyst – ES acts as a clinical teacher who educates, observes, assesses, and supervises educational activities and behavioral service delivery in the school setting
