Job Description
volves conducting student evaluations, delivering therapy services, and maintaining accurate documentation in alignment with individualized plans of care and physician orders.
Responsibilities:
+ Perform comprehensive speech-language evaluations for students.
+ Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
+ Provide direct therapy services in accordance with IEP goals.
+ Maintain detailed and timely documentation of services provided.
+ Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
Minimum Requirements:
+ Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License in Virginia.
+ Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred (may be required by state or contract).
+ Compliance with all relevant professional standards of practice.
+ Current CPR certification (if applicable).
+ TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray (if applicable).
+ Current Health Certificate (as required by contract or state regulation).
