Assessment, Consultation & Treatment is a smaller, clinician run and owned behavioral-based agency that provides a variety of services to children and families. We believe strongly in providing highly individualized and comprehensive services and treating all families as well as staff with dignity and the support they need to succeed.

Requirements:

-Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or RBT certification; those without Bachelor’s Degree who are committed to participating in RBT certification open to apply as well

-Experience with children; experience with children with special needs preferable

-Valid and current driver’s license, car insurance and car/transportation between clients

-Schedule: M-F 8am -6pm to work school and afterschool cases

-Must meet all training and certification requirements

Key Responsibilities:

-Implement individualized programs for clients under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

-Willingness to assist clients with toileting duties, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and safety as needed.

-Monitor and document clients' progress

-Collaborate with clinical team, including BCBA or other supportive staff

-Maintain a positive and supportive environment for clients and their families.

-Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues regarding progress, challenges, and goals.

-Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

-Adhere to ethical guidelines and best practices.

Physical Demands
• Must have full physical dexterity/agility or be able to independently position self and perform all movements required (bending, kneeling, computer typing, standing, fetching documents from file cabinets).
• Must have sufficient corrected or uncorrected vision to carry out all duties and responsibilities.
• Need to be able to lift and carry pediatric population (weight ranging from 5 to 50 lbs.)

• ABA Sign-On Bonus is paid after 90 days working with clients. Bonus will vary based on ABA work experience, education, certification and meeting all job requirements.
