Job Description

onday through Friday, averaging between 32.5 to 37.5 hours per week, supporting students across multiple elementary locations. Experience with school-based speech therapy and teletherapy modalities is essential.

Responsibilities include:
• Delivering teletherapy services to students requiring speech-language support, including those in self-contained Autism classrooms
• Managing caseloads of approximately 33 to 43 students, ensuring individualized intervention plans based on student needs
• Coordinating with educators and special education teams to monitor progress and adjust therapy goals accordingly
• Maintaining accurate documentation and complying with district and state regulations

Qualifications:
• Valid SLP licensure with school-based experience is required
• Proficiency in telespeech and teletherapy service delivery
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively connect with students, families, and staff remotely
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum is highly desirable

This position serves students at multiple locations, including Walnut Trails Elementary, Minooka Primary Center, and Minooka Elementary. The role is part of a special education cooperative in Grundy County.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required
  • Experience with school-based speech therapy and teletherapy modalities is essential
