Requirements
• Master's degree
• Active LPC license

What You'll Do
• Start by reviewing your schedule, checking for new referrals, and noting any changes in residents' conditions
• Meet with residents throughout the day for brief, focused therapy sessions (support, coping skills, mood, adjustment)
• Complete initial assessments and update treatment plans for new or ongoing residents
• Collaborate with nurses, rehab staff, and providers to discuss care needs and any behavioral concerns
• Document sessions, treatment plans, and required notes to meet compliance and billing standards
• Connect with family members when needed and plan your schedule and follow-ups for the next day
