Job Description

nsultation meeting is required, whether it be online or in person, with other clinicians and staff.

Job responsibilities include:
• Working with clients either remotely, or in person at the office, to establish rapport, therapeutic goals, and treatment plans.
• Meeting with clients on a consistent basis to support them in their goals.
• Completing notes regularly after each session for each client.
• Making sure clients’ documentation is completed, up to date, and that they are billed on time (making sure to follow up with billing for each client).
• Working with supervisor to improve clinical skills and/or attend trainings to widen skill sets.
• Building up marketing practices and networking events to build solid referrals (attending networking events online or in person, consult groups, or posting blogs or giving presentations at local practices or schools).
• Working with peers in weekly consultations to strengthen clinical skills.
• Be a self-starter and feeling confident working on your own and working with others, like co-moderating a group for clients.

Job requirements:
• Willing to receive clinical and business feedback, as well as, share your own insights with the group practice clinicians and staff.
• Be open to and positive within an environment that supports LBTBQ+ and gender affirming care and a sex positive space; helping to create a safe space for everyone – both clients and clinicians – with diverse cultures, backgrounds, and beliefs.
• Marketing yourself through in-person or online networking events at least 2 times monthly, including updating written marketing materials and online content.

Job Types: Internship, Contract, Part-time

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Los Gatos, CA 95032

Qualifications

  • Looking for an Associate or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, APCC or LPCC, or Associate Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Social Worker to work up to 20 hours a week, including one weekend day (and if needed, be supervised by a Clinical Supervisor LMFT)
  • Willing to receive clinical and business feedback, as well as, share your own insights with the group practice clinicians and staff
  • Marketing yourself through in-person or online networking events at least 2 times monthly, including updating written marketing materials and online content

Responsibilities

  • Work options are hybrid, with at least 2 days onsite in Los Gatos
