Compensation Total Compensation Package: $84,500 - $119,000 annually with opportunities for bonuses and ownership.
Base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, long‑term ownership.
BCBA eligible for long‑term ownership upon promotion to Sr. BCBA.
Bonus Structure Monthly Performance Bonuses: Uncapped.
Sign On Bonus: Up to $10,000.
Mentorship Bonuses: Bonus for supervising RBTs pursuing Master’s.
Certification Bonuses: Reward per therapist certified under supervision.
Relocation Packages: Available.
401(k) with Company Match.
Scheduling & Work‑Life Balance Up to 3 work‑from‑home days per month, plus up to 16 assessment work‑from‑home days per year.
Monday‑Friday daytime hours.
Almost 30 days off in year one (holidays, PTO, CEU, flex).
Manageable caseload up to 8 children.
