We are currently seeking a BCBA to join our team at our beautiful Beachwood ABA Center.

What You’ll Do

As a BCBA at ABT, you will:
• Design individualized behavior intervention plans to decrease maladaptive behaviors and build functional skills
• Conduct comprehensive ABA assessments, including VB-MAPP, AFLS, and other skill-based evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
• Partner with families by providing ongoing parent training and support
• Oversee data collection systems and ensure program integrity
• Monitor client progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and make data-driven adjustments
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians and leadership to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Provide monthly progress updates and case reviews to the Clinical Director

Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
• Willingness to obtain Ohio COBA licensure
• Experience developing behavior and skill acquisition programs using a data collection platform (Catalyst preferred)
