What You’ll Do
• Serve as a mentor and clinical resource to new and existing ABA team members
• Partner with Regional ABA Trainers to support onboarding and ongoing training of RBTs
• Communicate team questions, support needs, and updates to the Clinic ABA Director
• Collect and accurately record client behavioral data and complete all required documentation within 48 hours
• Participate in weekly team meetings with clinic’s ABA team
• Maintain targeted caseload
Qualifications
What’s Required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active RBT certification required at time of hire
• Active Safety Care Certification or ability to become certified within 60 days of hire
• 1 year of experience as an RBT at Westside or 2 years of experience as RBT or comparable role within an ABA outpatient clinical setting
