Position Overview

We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about delivering high-quality, ethical care and collaborating with families from diverse backgrounds.

This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility to work from home while also maintaining in-person connections with clients and your team.

What You'll Do
• Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessments
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Analyze data and make data-driven clinical decisions
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs and behavior technicians
• Deliver parent training, with an emphasis on culturally responsive care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams as needed
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation

• Current BCBA certification
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred)
• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
• Passion for clinical excellence and continuous improvement
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Qualifications
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and a Texas licensure
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance
• Ability to perform physical job requirements including standing for extended periods, bending, kneeling, crouching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Successful completion of background check, driving record review, and reference verification
